Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this site.

Research use only. Everything sold here is a laboratory research material. It is sold for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you will use it only for that purpose.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. An order is held for the payment window shown on your confirmation (3 days). Unpaid orders are released automatically. We start preparing an order when payment has arrived.

Availability. Items shown as in stock ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Items shown as pre-order ship when the next supply arrives. If something cannot be supplied we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for storing and handling the materials correctly and for following the laws that apply to you.
