Refunds

If an order is cancelled before it ships, or an item cannot be supplied, you are refunded what you paid for it.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Because these are laboratory materials, opened or used vials cannot be returned.
